    nothing's changed yet.
    have you seen much of Dubai?
    Today we did the road run. Felix hated it as he thought he would die. Guess what he didn't.

    Hi Forrest hope you had a great ride to Dubai and have you seen the burj Khalfa. We ran the road run today it seems long but when you run it,it feels short

      salam Nasoni Yes I have! seen the Burjkhalifa (don`t know how to spell it though).
      I also went to the 124th floor and ate foreign icecream.

    Hows it going @ Dubai Forest I hope it is going well we have been going on cross country runs. This time it is a road run apart from that it is a normal day but the weather is terrible well see you later.

      Hi Harvey:p yesterday it was 32 degrees.
      When you walk into a building your like ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh because of the air conditioning and when you walk out THE WIND IS ACTUALY WARM
